Love the movement on your quilt, and I'm currently in love with raisin as well, so it's a definite GO for me. Your little pouch is looking promising, too. I'm so glad you had a good day yesterday! That has to be a tough transition, but it will be wonderful for your girls to see you in a role other than their mom. Does that make sense?Tonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11191281100632912351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5179911210592825352.post-26543798424407366032011-10-05T13:27:33.246-04:002011-10-05T13:27:33.246-04:00I do like that weaving detail and the contrast bet...I do like that weaving detail and the contrast between the raisin and the blocks in the quilt :)Janine @ Rainbow Harehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00506960048874406422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5179911210592825352.post-43125591508284583342011-10-05T13:26:03.626-04:002011-10-05T13:26:03.626-04:00Hey lady! It looks great, and here's why: Echino fabric is fun, vibrant, and has unexpected elements. Your lattice shows off the colors and prints well, and the selvedge and hand stitched details add that funky element. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think you've done the prints justice :)Annaliesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07985158346838299654noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5179911210592825352.post-32658010591384888042011-10-05T10:03:51.275-04:002011-10-05T10:03:51.275-04:00Love the projects you are working on!

My kids are grown now, but I worked full time with 3 little ones, so know the juggling act that goes on. But what surprised me is that my children (all in their 20's now) have said that they feel lucky that they had a working mom!! They say it showed them how I organized and prioritized and had pride in my career! They also think that they are more confident and independent. They are all good kids, not sure if what they say helps, but thought I would pass it along.Flo @ Butterfly Quiltinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17526024695998355238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5179911210592825352.post-70635220212658453702011-10-05T10:03:22.059-04:002011-10-05T10:03:22.059-04:00Wow! Love the Ruby Star Spring. Has maybe a honeycomb feel to it?
