I was really sad this morning when it hit me that it is already July.  Where is my summer flying away to?  Confession/Vent: It really pisses me off that I only have two days each weekend...I mean whose idea was that anyway.  I barely have time to squish the three tushes let alone escape to my sewing room for some creative me time.  Sorry...had to vent!  Because I am feeling this frustrating I had to take a minute to document what did happen in June...the things above are things I have talked about on the blog (okay, except Miss O walking but seriously it is so cute I had to share).  The things below...things I am working on or have done but haven't had proper time to divulge yet...

and yes, for those eagle eyes amongst you...that is another new sewing machine... :p

Oh, AND, I almost forgot I also changed my banner!  Thanks to those of you who have noticed and left me positive feedback...I wasn't sure at first given that I created it at 3am one morning when Miss O woke me and then left me lying wide-eyed in bed with my brain all twitchy and whirring.  Now I rather love the clean modern look with my favorite green wall paint and the letters of "making" written in a low volume/linen type of style.  Very modern quilting if I do say so myself...

Thanks for hanging in there for my June...I have about a million family members visiting in July (hmmm funny that no one wants to visit us in the dead of winter when there is 3-4 feet of snow on the ground, odd isn't it...) so I doubt I'll be much more productive this month.  But, I can't be too hard on myself, my sewing machines will have to forgive me.  After all, summer with three small ones is so fleeting.  

I have to remind myself to Enjoy It!
