| Birch Fabrics Mod Basics Line - Available 2012 |
So yes. I dream of creating a dot piece. A beautiful dot and perhaps a few stripes type of wonky quilt. Ever since I saw this block on Flickr I've dreamt.
Now I have an even bigger reason to covet dots. Birch Fabrics is coming out with Mod Basics in 2012. Are these polkas not to die for? And, for those more practical peeps out there, there will also be solids and various other basic prints included in their new line.
But for me? Dots it is.

Love the dots! There's just something whimsical about them.
You can NEVER have too many dots. Love them. what I do NOT like is that they aren't available until 2012!! I checked out that block on flickr and it is amazing, as are some of her other things. I have stacks of dots. Why don't I think of making a cool block like that? Hmmmm. A mystery...

We were separated at birth! I am such a sucker for dots!! LOVE them. Those are such great colors too.
